Cate Menzies

Cate opened Hands on Hand Therapy in 2007 after relocating from Orange where she had her private practice, Orange Hand Rehabilitation. She has been an active member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association since 1997 and has enjoyed mentoring students and new graduates in the field of Hand Therapy. Cate was the recipient of the Jill Chapman Award for Best Clinical Paper at the annual AHTA conference in 2002. She continues to enjoy clinical challenges and balances this with family life, bee keeping and Micro Cavoodle breeding. Cate established Hands on Hand Therapy (NSW) in 2007 to provide specialised hand therapy services initially in Kiama before expanding to Nowra, Bowral (now closed) and Figtree locations. When not at work Cate enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children on their farm, looking after her bees and studying Archaeology.

Sarah Weaver

Sarah relocated to the South Coast from Sydney in 2022 having worked extensively in hand therapy at The Sydney Hospital Hand Unit and Royal North Shore Hospital. She an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and is known for her fantastic splints, especially dynamic finger Capener splints!

Pamela Davis

Pam is an experienced Occupational Therapist who recently joined our team in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the public service, Pam is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through hand therapy.

Emma Keech

Emma received her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2017. Since graduating, she has worked in the public hospital sector in rehabilitation and geriatric settings, where she enjoyed assisting patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Meredith Primrose

Meredith joined Hands on Hand Therapy in late 2020 after 30 + years at Nowra Private Hospital, the last 8 years of which she was Manager of Allied Health. With a background in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries Meredith’s upper limb treatment also includes a wholistic approach. She has been a member of the APA for 42 years and is an associate member of the AHTA.
