Sam Tkac

Samantha graduated from James Cook university with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2002. Since graduating Sam has worked across both the private and public sectors initially in QLD and then in NSW when she relocated in 2005. Sam delivers specialized hand therapy services with a focus on evidence-based care and functional recovery. Her dual-sector experience allows her to support a wide range of clients, from acute injuries to long-term rehabilitation needs. Sam is passionate about helping individuals regain strength, movement, and independence in their upper limbs

Sam has taught in her specialty of Hand Therapy to Occupational Therapy masters students at University of Sydney and presented at a variety of forums and conferences. She continues to be dedicated to improving public access and awareness of the hand therapy profession.

After extra studies and clinical practice Sam is working toward formal credentialing in both Australia and the USA.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys Pilates, travel, and spending time with her family.

Heather Morton

Heather graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since then, she has worked within the private sector focusing on the NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA as well as NSW Health in the public sector with focus on neurology, orthopaedics and acute hand therapy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family including her dog Winnie & playing netball.

Pamela Davis

Pam is an experienced Occupational Therapist who recently joined our team in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the public service, Pam is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through hand therapy.

Sarah Weaver

Sarah relocated to the South Coast from Sydney in 2022 having worked extensively in hand therapy at The Sydney Hospital Hand Unit and Royal North Shore Hospital. She an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and is known for her fantastic splints, especially dynamic finger Capener splints!

Cate Menzies

Cate established Hands on Hand Therapy (NSW) in 2007 to provide specialised hand therapy services in Kiama before opening the Nowra and Bowral locations as the practice grew.
