Meredith joined Hands on Hand Therapy in 2020, bringing with her over 30 years of experience from Nowra Private Hospital, where she spent the last 8 years as Manager of Allied Health. Her extensive background in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries has shaped her expertise in upper limb rehabilitation.

A long-standing member of the profession, Meredith has been part of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) for over 42 years and is also an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA)—reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in upper limb therapy.

Heather Morton

Hand Therapy

Heather graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since then, she has worked within the private sector focusing on the NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA as well as NSW Health in the public sector with focus on neurology, orthopaedics and acute hand therapy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family including her dog Winnie & playing netball.

Pamela Davis

Pam is an experienced Occupational Therapist who recently joined our team in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the public service, Pam is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through hand therapy.

Sarah Weaver

Hand Therapy

Sarah relocated to the South Coast from Sydney in 2022 having worked extensively in hand therapy at The Sydney Hospital Hand Unit and Royal North Shore Hospital. She an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and is known for her fantastic splints, especially dynamic finger Capener splints!

Cate Menzies

Cate established Hands on Hand Therapy (NSW) in 2007 to provide specialised hand therapy services in Kiama before opening the Nowra and Bowral locations as the practice grew.
