Sarah relocated to the South Coast from Sydney in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from working extensively in hand therapy at both The Sydney Hospital Hand Unit and Royal North Shore Hospital.

An Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA), she has developed a strong reputation for her expertise in upper limb rehabilitation, particularly for her fantastic splints, including the highly specialised dynamic finger Capener splint.

Heather Morton

Heather graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since then, she has worked within the private sector focusing on the NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA as well as NSW Health in the public sector with focus on neurology, orthopaedics and acute hand therapy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family including her dog Winnie & playing netball.

Pam is an experienced Occupational Therapist who recently joined our team in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the public service, Pam is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through hand therapy.

Cate Menzies

Cate established Hands on Hand Therapy (NSW) in 2007 to provide specialised hand therapy services in Kiama before opening the Nowra and Bowral locations as the practice grew.

Emma Keech

Hand Therapy

Emma received her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2017. Since graduating, she has worked in the public hospital sector in rehabilitation and geriatric settings, where she enjoyed assisting patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
