Cate, the founder and driving force behind Hands on Hand Therapy, has been working in Hand Therapy for over 30 years. After moving to Kiama from Orange Cate established Hands on Hand Therapy in 2007. What began as a clinic in Kiama 2007 has grown into a multi-site clinic with clinics established in Milton, Kiama, Nowra, Figtree and Woonona. Cate love all aspects of hand therapy and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Heather Morton

Heather graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since then, she has worked within the private sector focusing on the NDIS, My Aged Care and DVA as well as NSW Health in the public sector with focus on neurology, orthopaedics and acute hand therapy. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family including her dog Winnie & playing netball.

Pamela Davis

Pam is an experienced Occupational Therapist who recently joined our team in February 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the public service, Pam is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through hand therapy.

Sarah Weaver

Sarah relocated to the South Coast from Sydney in 2022 having worked extensively in hand therapy at The Sydney Hospital Hand Unit and Royal North Shore Hospital. She an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and is known for her fantastic splints, especially dynamic finger Capener splints!

Emma Keech

Emma received her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2017. Since graduating, she has worked in the public hospital sector in rehabilitation and geriatric settings, where she enjoyed assisting patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
