Abby grew up in the Ulladulla region before moving to Sydney to study Occupational Therapy at ACU, graduating in 2016. She developed a love for hand therapy during her final student clinical placement with Hands on Hand Therapy in Nowra and Kiama.
After 6 years of working in Sydney, where she developed her skills in various fields of OT such as community-based adult rehab, paediatrics, and mental health, Abby moved back to her hometown of Mollymook. Abby continues with her dual caseload – paediatrics and hand therapy.
She is currently completing her Hand Therapy Fellowship with the Australian Hand Therapy Association. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Abby spending time with her partner, family, and friends or in her other role as a wildlife rescuer caring for injured animals.
